I am signed up to Cycle the Erie Canal trail from Buffalo to Syracuse in July 2026. The webinar for preparing for the trip recommended this book. It includes maps for each section of the trail. This could be very helpful if your phone battery dies while on the trail.

I have read the Obesity Code by Jason Fung and it was excellent. I have high hopes for this book as well. He is very good at explaining details about human hormones and the root cause of many issues.

I really enjoyed this book. It takes such a different path than the typical android or robot that wants to be a human. That path has been used since Pinocchio wanted to be “a real boy” hehehe.

New iPhones use USB-C connectors. Seems like most cables we have are Apple Lightning connects. An adapter is useful until we are all on the same connector again.
